Review: Make Up Revolution Flawless 4 Eyeshadow Palette

Make Up Revolution has been a brand which has been heavily praised by bloggers over the years, due to its products being both affordable and of good quality. I own quite a few of their products and I’m yet to be disappointed, with this eye shadow palette being another gem from the brand. I bought this palette from Superdrug when it was on offer for £5, it is usually £8 however this is still a good price considering you are getting 32 eye shadows.

Make Up Revolution have done a whole series of these ‘Flawless’ palettes, and I own three others including the Flawless palette, Beyond Flawless and the Flawless Two, however I think the Flawless Four is my favourite so far. The Flawless Four palette consists of both matte and shimmer shades which are in burgundy, orange, brown and gold tones which are the perfect colours for this time of year. I love creating a burgundy eye make up look so I know I will get a lot of use out of the shades within this palette. My two favourite shades from the palette are ‘Palette Whistle’ which is a very glittery gold colour, and ‘Crimson’ which is matte pinky toned red shade. Despite containing some pretty bold shades, there are also some more wearable shimmers and mattes for those who are not so daring with their eye shadow, which allows the palette to be versatile for all.

The pigmentation of the eye shadows is incredible considering the price and the amount of shadows within the palette, which work out to be around twenty five pence per eye shadow. There is a little fallout, which can be expected considering the price, however this issue is resolved by tapping the excess product off of your eye shadow brush when applying. The shadows are both blendable and buildable if you’re looking to create a flawless or intense look.

Packaging wise, the palette itself comes in a box which always makes a product appear to be luxurious when it comes in secondary packaging. The palette is gold and mirror like on the top, with a black bottom half and contains a large mirror inside which is handy if you’re using this palette on the go.

Overall I love this palette and cannot wait to use it more. Have you ever used Make Up Revolution Eye Shadows? You can purchase the Flawless Four palette here.
